Our Beliefs

We believe in the one all-sovereign God of the universe, Creator of all things; Who lives eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is revealed in the words of the Old and New Testaments, the infallible and authoritative Word of God, which point to the full and final revelation of God in the Person of His Son, Jesus.

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, without sin, crucified in the place of sinners, risen from the dead, ascended to the Father, interceding for the saints, and coming to earth to bring all things under His benevolent rule as King of the ages.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, God among us to accomplish the Father’s will, indwelling believers individually and the church corporately to sanctify and empower them.

We believe that human beings are wonderfully made in the image of God, but have universally fallen into sin and alienation from God, by nature deserving the wrath of God. But God loves sinners and saves them by grace, only through faith in Jesus Christ and in His perfect sacrifice, apart from works or merit. The believer is born again, justified freely, fully forgiven, and eternally secure in Him. Genuine faith in Christ is a commitment that includes following Him, makes one a member of His Body, results in good works, and is fulfilled by eternal life in God’s presence forever.

We believe that the Church is the Body and Bride of Christ, the New Covenant people of God; and that every congregation of confessing believers who gather in His name as stewards of the gospel is a local, observable expression of that unified Body.
